It’s that time of year again and I’ll be off to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for another Beef Dip in the sun.  This year I’ll be closing the week playing ‘Rawhide’ at Club Manana from 10pm til sunrise!!! 

This week is always a fun and relaxing get-away at the perfect time of year.  The water is warm, the weather is toasty, the vibe is fun and it’s always been a great time.  There’s lots to see and do all week so feel free to check out www. beefdip.com for all the details.  This will be my 4th year and each it gets better and better.  If you’re book to come then I’ll see you there, and if you’re not then check out the pictures and music when I get back and see all the fun.
